I am continuing here with the Self Forgiveness and Self Commitments on my Back-Chat Dimension.

Back-Chat
What if I don’t get better
What if I have reached my peak already
What if I am not smart/intelligent enough like not enough brain power.
What if there is something physically wrong with my eye sight.
This is never going to work/I will never get it
These paintings are horrible
Will I ever get better?
I don’t want anybody to see these paintings – they are so bad
My paintings are so amateurish
I can’t do this
I will never improve

“What if I am not smart/intelligent enough like not enough brain power.”

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate with the back-chat statement “what if I am not smart/intelligent enough” in relation to being able to make good enough art/paintings, within this not seeing/realizing/understanding that such a statement is the mind jumping to conclusions before I have even give myself a chance to in fact practically walk a point, and so thus is an example of how I will within and as the mind sabotage what I am doing before I even start.

I commit myself to Align myself NOT to accusations and assumptions about what may or may not happen within something that I am taking on, in this case with my ART, but to assist and support myself to ALIGN me to to THE PHYSICAL as what is actually unfolding as what and how I am applying myself where within this there is no need to assume anything as I simply stick to what I do as the ACTUAL PHYSICAL, and to within this assist and support myself to establish/LIVE DAILY Consistency with my ART Practice where within doing this then I am more effectively able to understand the mathematics of the point as the way in which this point will practically unfold as the results produced from my effort, because I will be able to monitor this in the physical and thus not needing to make things up or jump to conclusions but just stick to what is actually physically practically here and thus directing myself within this point of art in way where I am MOVING consistency and thus producing results to be consistently.

“What if there is something physically wrong with my eye sight.”

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go deep into my mind where I start creating and coming up with different reasons for “why my paintings are not where I would like them to be” though within this not seeing/realizing/understanding that it was simply because I had not applied myself in the point in a practical consistent way, and thus also within this I forgive myself that I hadn’t accepted and allowed myself to see/realize/understand that in actually believing such a statement as “what if there is something physically wrong with my eye sight” indicates the degree within which I had/have defined myself as/existed within and as the mind because if I was able to see Direct, actual physical reality, I would not go into such back-chat statements but would stick to how the physical actually moves, and what is required as ones application in and as the physical to actually become effective with a point, and so within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I knew what it took to be effective in a point, which was actually not the case, and that I am in a way only really starting to understanding this point now with regards to how one must apply oneself within a point consistently in order to have that point become/accumulate into anything substantial.

I commit myself to assist and support myself to Align myself to HERE in and as the physical, where all my power is, as HERE is where I direct/move myself in a moment, and so within Aligning myself here I simply focus on getting the most out of my moments and my day within realizing that once a moment is gone I can never get it back and from this perspective I assist and support myself to become effective within utilizing ALL my moments so that I am in fact accumulating that which I have decided to assist and support myself with. And so I commit myself to work on applying myself DAILY and ESTABLISHING a DAILY application with the points that I have decided to take on as I see the effectiveness within applying myself DAILY in something.
